Located in North Ithilien half way between East Osgiliath and the island of Cair Andros, just inland from the river Anduin lies the colony of Legolas. In this colony is the medium sized settlement of Ciranorien, home of the Silvan Elves that have decided to join the lands of the Reunited Kingdom.

Lore of the City
A medium sized city and the only settlement in the colony of Legolas, Ciranorien is home to and one of the few settlements in which Elves live in the Reunited Kingdom. The lord of these lands, Legolas Prince of the Woodland Realm, from here he and the Elves that came with him restored the woods of Ithilien and the woods in the rest of the lands of Gondor.
